Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us within this period to request a return.

Returns must be authorized before the items are sent back. Please do not mail a return without receiving instructions from our customer support team.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must generally meet the following requirements:

Be unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered;
Remain in their original condition;
Have original tags attached, where applicable;
Be free from stains, odors, damage, and signs of wear;
Include the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law. This exclusion does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, email info@jlbtcedu.com with the following information:

Your order number;
The name used when placing the order;
The item you wish to return;
The reason for the return;
Photos of the item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns due to personal preference, sizing, or other non-defective product reasons.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and explain the appropriate resolution, including any applicable return shipping arrangements.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available in your account. The time required for the funds to appear is outside our direct control.
