Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Our regular processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Method and Cost

Jlbtcedu offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped to eligible addresses within the United States.

No standard shipping fee will be charged for eligible orders. Any applicable charges, if relevant to a particular service or destination, will be disclosed before checkout is completed.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is calculated from order processing through final delivery.
